Currently ASH is the Sr. Director and Business Manager for Sensor Systems and Solutions product line at Crane Aerospace. Previously ASH was the SIOP leader in Blue Origin’s Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO), the Space company founded by Jeff Bezos. With over 20 years of experience in the Aerospace industry, ASH has a thorough understanding of markets and their strategy, as well as a knack for business management, financial strategy operations and planning, technical program management and execution, team coaching & management, customer engagement, and business development. ASH has a demonstrated track record of successfully managing business growth, operations and supply chain management, initiating M&A activities, executing complex and challenging programs, exceeding company financial goals, introducing innovation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He has worked extensively with leading OEMs and customers from around the globe on various aircraft platforms and systems. He excels in BU management, strategy, sales, cross-functional teams, new product introductions (NPI), and complex integration projects. He is PMP, SCPM, SMC, Six Sigma, and Lean certified. He holds a BSc. degree from USC, and Masters and Graduate Certificates from Pepperdine, Stanford University, and Oxford University. He is currently pursuing a doctorate (Ed.D 2028) in organizational change and leadership from USC. He is passionate about aerospace and space and the prospects of advancing the future of human spaceflight and exploration.
