    • Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and mash them until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Toffee Mixture:

    • Allow the toffee to cool completely at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours, or until set.
