NADEESHA QUAILIFIED ELECRTICAL ENGINEER POSSESSING ABUNDANCE OF SKILLFUL VOCAL TALENT ON HER WAY TO STARDOM By Sunil Thenabadu

Behind all the songs and music that we hear, there are some untold stories. Stories of those musicians who dedicated their lives to music. Stories of each of their career paths are identified by only them, just like their palm prints. In a competitive and saturated industry like music, one needs a lot of luck to thrive. What are the qualities behind the success of famous vocalists . Nadeesha Chandramali is one who would certainly  thrive in this industry for her dedication and passion.Many commence music as a passion but to transform passion into a career is a path of a struggle which Nadeesha is achieving with complete dedication and hard work is the only way to stardom to be successful. The foremost characteristics needed to be successful are confidence, practice, modesty, perseverance, not giving up which are all possessed by Nadeesha. 

Nadeesha Chandramali Perera is a native of Makandura,Pannala,presently residing in Maharagama has had her education at Holy Family Balika in Wennappuwa. For advanced level she had studied in the maths stream with the intention of becoming an Engineer. Shehad obtained a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Moratuwa University.From her younger days via innate ability had acquired singing aptitude though not with any hereditary affiliations. From her young days she had sung in the church choir as singing was in her blood. Nadeesha had been the female vocalist of the band CroodZ even while she was an undergraduate at the Moratuwa university. Her husband also an Electrical Engineer had been a tower of strength for her singing career which had been a passion. Nadeesha after her graduation had been a research assistant at Resource Management Associate (pvt) Ltd also as an Electrical Engineer at Mollmann Beratende Inginieure Gmbff.Nadeesha is presently the Product Engineer at Technomedics International Pvt Ltd 

Nadeesha had uttered “ Try to learn something about everything and everything about something” which is exactly what she had done after her convocation at the Moratuwa University.She possesses a diploma from the International Academy of Beauticians in year 2021.She also successfully completed a Diploma in nail technology for which she had thanked Nissansal Wijeweera for support and guidance also Harsha Saumyabandara for the inspiration extended. Nadeesha has started her own institution as the sole proprietor of Ms Elegant Nails. 

Been a talented vocalist been a skilled vocalist had participated in the gruelling Derana Dream Star season 09 when she was extremely popular as it’s prevalence is purely on a dubious SMS criterion though she was a very popular contestant, she was eliminated in the round of XV1. At the time of elimination, she excused herself to thank paying tribute to her husband for all the encouragement rendered. Some of the songs Nadeesha sang were in the contest were etched in the hearts of many were: “Waren Heen Sare”, “Obata Dibena Adare”, “Rupa Swabawata”,”Thattiye Meda Kalu Wunata”,”Sitha Sanasuma” and many other songs which were not sung before in the previous Derana Dream Star contests likes of Sunil Shantha ,Ivor Denise etc.Nadeesha received many accolades from the three bench judge panel for selecting and surfacing them to the contemporary generation. 

Naddesha after her performances on Derana Dream Star stage became a sought after vocalist been invited to many radio and television channels to showcase her talent.Very recently the authorities of the Swarnavahini channel had invited her to sing in the weekly ’Mathra” program when she and co singer had to sing songs chosen by the guest Narendra Fernando the sixth Sargent-at -Arms in the present parliament which she performed to precision delighting the audiences. 

Nedeesha’s passion for music vocalizing remains unprecedented to tall heights.She had done many cover songs ,one that comes to mind is “Sukumala Banda Nelawa“ belonging to the illustrious Somapala family, Chitra,PLA and Chitral Somapala.
