Sri Lankan Recipes by Curry Mad  – Flake’n’Strawberry

Ingredients

4-5 Button Mushrooms
1 Piece Flake fish

1 Lime/Lemon Oil

Salt & Pepper to taste

1 Bunch Spring Onions
1 Punnet Strawberries

Preparation

Wash the Strawberries, cut into halves and put aside. Wash the Spring Onions, clean the Mushrooms with a paper towel and gently wash the Flake. Lightly fry the Spring Onions, Mushrooms and Flake, around 3-4 minutes.

Serve onto a plate with the Strawberries on top. Add the Salt & Pepper and squeeze the Lemon/Lime juice to suit your taste.
Enjoy while still warm.
