Over 866,000 tourists have arrived in Sri Lanka this year, marking an impressive milestone in the country’s tourism sector. The allure of Sri Lanka’s unique blend of culture, history, and natural beauty has captured the hearts of travellers.”
The Arabian Travel Market, unveiled a Vibrant National Pavilion at the Arabian Travel Market on 28th April 2025
:The Sri Lanka Tourist Promotion Bureau participated in the Arabian Travel Market in April of this year. “To further strengthen its tourism industry, the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau inaugurated the 32nd Arabian Travel Market in Dubai on April 28. This prestigious event showcases Sri Lanka’s offerings to affluent tourists from the Middle East, promising an influx of high-profile visitors seeking luxury and adventure.”
This year, the Sri Lanka pavilion featured over seventy participants from the travel and tourism industry, marking the country’s most extensive representation at ATM to date. The pavilion highlighted Sri Lanka’s rich cultural heritage, pristine beaches, stunning landscapes, and abundant wildlife, thereby capturing the attention of international visitors and industry professionals alike. Recognising the Middle East as a pivotal market, the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau has intensified its promotional efforts in this region.
