Let’s face it: Forgiving others (and yourself) is sometimes easier said than done. However, it doesn’t have to be. So the next time you find yourself feeling hurt by someone’s actions or overwhelmed with frustration over a situation that occurred, turn to the Bible for advice. That way, you won’t start to feel all the negative side effects from the stress of those situations on your mind, body and soul.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.– 1 John 1:9.
