Vision Care Brings Iconic Eyewear to the Runway at Colombo Fashion Week Summer ‘25

Colombo Fashion Week Summer 01

04th March 2025, Colombo – Vision Care, Sri Lanka’s largest vision, hearing, and eyewear solutions provider, proudly marked its continued partnership with Colombo Fashion Week (CFW) as the ‘Official Eyewear Partner’ for the Summer ’25 edition. The four-day fashion extravaganza, held across multiple iconic locations in Colombo from February 19th to 22nd , showcased an inspiring fusion of fashion and vision, further strengthening Vision Care’s commitment to style and innovation.

This year, Vision Care’s globally renowned eyewear brands seamlessly complemented the collections of some of Sri Lanka’s most esteemed designers. Vision Care eyewear was featured in the designs of Asanka De Mel (LOVI), Divya Jayawickrama, and Udaya Wickramasinghe, alongside emerging talents such as Chihiro Fernando, Shri Amarasinghe, HD Halwala, Thisaru Fernando, Nethmi Ranepura, Prabadhi Bandara, and Ayani Athma. These designers skillfully incorporated eyewear as a bold fashion statement, highlighting its role in modern style and individuality.

During the event, designers showcased their mastery by incorporating renowned global eyewear brands by Vision Care, such as Mont Blanc, Porsche Design, Lindberg, Michael Kors, Gucci, and Maui Jim, offering fashion-forward individuals a glimpse into the latest global trends. These premium brands, available at Vision Care’s select outlets including Ward Place flagship store, One Galle Face, Colombo City Center, Crescat, and Havelock City Mall, emphasized the synergy between high fashion and functional eyewear.

As the Official Eyewear Partner, Vision Care’s presence at CFW Summer ’25 reaffirmed its commitment to innovation, sophistication, and excellence. By integrating world-class eyewear into the fashion industry, Vision Care continues to shape the future of eyewear trends in Sri Lanka.

Colombo Fashion Week, a development project since its inception, aims to drive progressive change in every aspect of the fashion industry in Sri Lanka. For 22 years CFW has focused on reviving and developing the fashion eco-system of Sri Lanka. Nurturing the next generation of Sri Lankan fashion designers, CFW continues to be a vital platform for innovation, creativity, and the intersection of fashion and culture.
