Vision Care opens1

24th February 2023, Colombo: Vision Care, Sri Lanka’s largest vision and eye wear solutions provider, is continuing its dynamic expansion strategy having opened its newest branch at Medihelp Hospitals Kelaniya which is located at 625, Bulugaha Junction, Kandy Road, Kelaniya.

The ceremonial opening of the new branch was graced by the presence of Medihelp Hospitals Chairman Leslie Wijesiriwardana, Chief Operating Officer Nishantha Jayamanna, Vision Care’s Chairman Dasantha Fonseka, Managing Director Janaka Fonseka and Chief Operating Officer Prasantha Fernando, along with several Vision Care staff members and well-wishers.

This new branch inside the Medihelp Hospitals premises builds on Vision Care’s strategic partnership with the Hospital chain to enhance its eye care offering. Last year, Vision Care opened a branch at the hospital’s Athurugiriya premises. The two companies are focused on working together to expand its optical services to selected Medihelp Hospitals’ locations which will pave the way for them to cover all the major districts in the country.

Vision Care’s newest branch provides ample parking together with a modern look and feel with spacious interiors and a wide range of products and services that includes spectacles, sunglasses, contact lenses and hearing aids. Customers can access the latest eye care solutions as well as a wide array of impressive, world-renowned brands for sunglasses and frames. They are able to choose from top global eye wear brands for men and women such as Ray-Ban, Vogue, Emporio Armani, Polo Ralph Lauren and many others.

With over 30 years of service excellence, Vision Care is focused on expanding its network of branches with the aim of serving as many Sri Lankans as possible. All Vision Care branches are guaranteed to provide the best quality eye and hearing care solutions to its customer base. The company intends to continue to add new branches and upgrade existing ones in the future in order to bring Vision Care’s world-class products and services to their customers’ doorstep, thereby enabling them to easily and safely access eye and hearing care of international quality.
