New South Wales are the One Day Cup Champions
New South Wales have been crowned 2025–26 One Day Cup champions after defeating Tasmania by 4 wickets in a rain affected final, with the match reduced to 22 overs per side at Bellerive Oval.
The victory marks NSW’s 13th domestic one day title and their first since 2020–21, when they defeated Western Australia in the One Day Cup final in Sydney.
Australian Cricket Hall of Fame inductee Michael Bevan was in attendance to present the Michael Bevan Award to the Player of the Final, Kurtis Patterson, for a match defining performance.

Marnus Labuschagne (Queensland) was named the 2025-26 One Day Cup Player of the Year. He finished the season with 468 runs at an average of 78 with a strike rate of 96.49. He scored four centuries with a top score of 130 against Tasmania.
This was the 58th edition of Australia’s domestic one day tournament, contested for the Dean Jones Trophy.
