The only reason I have taken it upon myself to bring to our readers & our valued eLanka “members”, certain “songs”, the “lyrics”, the “best” versions, plus the “writers” etc., etc., is because I want to “share” what I call “beautiful music” (of all types), vocal & of course, instrumental. “Solo” & Group/Bands, & as I do not wish to say later, “for reasons I’ve forgotten”, I could not do this for you.

It really does not matter how one feels, at any given moment, believe me when I tell you that MUSIC will always be a source of pleasure . Personally, I have music going on 24/7. Good “Country Music” of the 80s & 90s genre, music, mostly American-Country, because of it’s wide variety, songs from the “Honky-tonks”, love-songs, cheatin’ songs, happy songs & sad songs, various tempos, various Artistes from all over the World, who go to America to “record”simply because they have the BEST-BACKING Groups in the U.S.A. While I am very proud to now be an Australian Citizen, as a “Song-writer”, I would have been much better advised to go to America, where I could have done extremely well, or so I’ve been told, with at least a few of the songs I have composed.

However, this particular song was not composed by me, although I would have loved to have written it. The lyrics “tell the story”
