RIP BASIL PAIVA
Sad news to report on the passing of a music colleague and friend – Basil Paiva.
Basil studied at St Peter’s College, Colombo 4, played bass guitar with various bands including ‘The Fireflies’ (1965-1967) and ‘The Peter Prins Combo’.
Condolences to his wife Nalini and family.
May his soul Rest in Peace.
