Rotary charity project titled “Little Minds Strong Values” – Live Stream – Chaired – By Rukshan Perera
Rukshan will be chairing a Rotary charity project titled “Little Minds Strong Values” to inculcate sound values in children via video animated songs and have composed & directed 30 Sinhala/Tamil songs, put out a DVD and post on internet. Recently we got 1 million YouTube views and we have 20,000 followers on FB page. Education ministry is also partnering the project and rolling out to 10,000 govt schools around the country.
Also we are conducting a Honda Purudu Competition to further encourage the children to learn these values and take part via Song, Dance, Speech & Drama. The finalists from around the country will come to Colombo to perform at the hotel Galadari this Sunday 22nd from 1.30pm to 5pm and the winners will receive awards.
