Sydney Well-wishes donated SLR 116,711 for Dry Rations and welfare activities conducted by the Sri Lanka Embassy in State of Kuwait
The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Sydney transferred SL Rs.116,711.72/- to Sri Lanka Embassy in State of Kuwait for Welfare activities conducted by the Embassy for stranded Sri Lankans including pregnant ladies who lost their jobs due to COVID-19.
The well-wishes including members of the “Back To The Roots-B2R- Cultural Group” in Sydney has been made the contribution to the above charity event. The program was coordinated by Mr. Nihal. Rupasinghe of the above Cultural Group.
If the kind hearted Sri Lankans in Sydney willing to make anymore donations for the welfare activities conducting by Sri Lankan Missions in Middle East, the Consulate General office wishes to welcome those contributions and will transfer accordingly.
