183 Sri Lankan nationals seeking asylum in Australia has sent back to Sri Lanka

Commander Maritime Border Command and Commander of Joint Task agency Task Force, Operation Sovereign Borders Rear Admiral Justin Jones stated,183 Sri Lankans seeking asylum in Australia have been repatriated.
He has mentioned , Sri Lankans are trying to enter Australia using fishing boats, and those boats are not in a suitable condition for sea travel.
It takes 3 weeks to reach Australia from Sri Lanka by sea, and Australia’s maritime border commander Justin Jones further said, Australia is constantly working to prevent illegal immigration by sea.
