A proud moment for Sri Lankan culture in New Zealand Today, our visiting Sri Lankan drumming and dancing group Prasanna Ru Sri Lankan Dance Ensemble was featured live on TVNZ Breakfast, bringing the rhythms, energy, and traditions of Sri Lanka to audiences across the country during NZ Music Month.

This is a major achievement for the New Zealand Sri Lanka Cultural Foundation in Christchurch and a powerful recognition of Sri Lankan culture on a national stage. We are proud to share our heritage with the wider New Zealand community through the World Drumming Festival in Christchurch.
