Arugam Bay, located on the southeastern coast of Sri Lanka in the Ampara District, is one of the island’s most beloved beach destinations.   • By Bus or Train – Travel to Pottuvil town and take a tuk-tuk to Arugam Bay.

  • By Car or Taxi – A direct trip from Colombo takes about 7-8 hours.

  • By Domestic Flight – You can fly to Batticaloa and continue by road.
