RCOBA NSW & ACT Notice of Annual General Meeting and Fellowship Dinner 2026
Dear Member,
We are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Royal College OBA NSW & ACT (RCOBA), to be held from 6:00 pm on Sunday, 29 March 2026 at the Thornleigh Community Centre.
The AGM will be followed by a networking drinks and traditional fellowship dinner, and we warmly encourage all members to attend. This is always a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, meet fellow members, and strengthen our growing community of past Royalists.

6:00 – 6:30 pm Member meet and greet
6:30 – 7:30 pm Annual General Meeting
7:30 pm onwards Networking drinks and fellowship dinner
A nominal contribution of $25 per person will apply for members, which will include our usual scrumptious Sri Lankan buffet dinner and a selection of beverages.

- Call to order by the President
- Apologies for non-attendance
- President’s Welcome Address
- Presentation of the Secretary’s Report
- Presentation and adoption of the Annual Financial Report
- Election of Office Bearers and appointment of the Auditor (under the guidance of the Pro Term Chairman)
- Any other business
Members who wish to raise any other business are kindly requested to submit written notice to the Secretary at secretary@rcoba.org.au no later than 21 days prior to the AGM (by 12:00 midnight AEST, Sunday 8 March 2026).
Committee Nominations
We encourage members who are interested in contributing to the College to consider joining the Committee. Members wishing to nominate themselves or another member are requested to submit their nomination to the Secretary (with a copy to president@rcoba.org.au) using the prescribed nomination form attached at the bottom of this email, no later than 21 days prior to the AGM (by 12:00 midnight AEST, Sunday 8 March 2026).
