Farewell message from Fr Ruwan
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
I am writing this email to inform you all that I will be leaving Sydney to return to my dear mother Sri Lanka on the 28th of July (this Thursday).
I thank each and every one of you for giving me the opportunity to serve you, and for all the support extended to me by your caring, providing meals, and even monetary assistance given towards my studies.
I also request and urge you to support and participate in the forthcoming fundraiser organized by the SLNSWCA. As you all know the funds collected will be navigated towards a few charities in our country, which is the need of the hour for our own brothers and sisters in Sri Lanka. Hence, I presume that you would actively and generously participate in the food fair.
