Here’s a great news for Sri Lankan cricket fans! Make our lion waves a revolutionary team in the world again, a great man who is considered the “brainer” of the cricket world is coming to Sri Lanka.

He’s none other than South African super batsman Gary Kirsten!

What does Sri Lanka get from the winning horse Gary Kirsten?

Gary Kirsten will be taking over as the head coach of the Sri Lankan team for two years, running from April 15, 2026. This isn’t just an appointment; it’s a religion of a coach who won the World Cup and raised the number one teams in the world.

The history of Gary

Making India’s dream come true. He was the brainstorm when India won the World Cup in 2011. He bought that win for India after 28 years.

South Africa dominate. He managed to bring the South African team to No. 1 in the world in all three cricket forms (Test, ODI, T20) in 2013.
