GOURMET GALLE 2024: CULINARY EXTRAVAGANZA RESUMES IN GALLE!

Gourmet Galle, the culinary festival that has been tantalizing taste buds since its inception, has revealed its exciting line-up of international chefs coming to Galle until the end of March. This year promises an exquisite array of culinary gurus each weekend featuring two exclusive events—an immersive masterclass and a delectable dinner, set against the picturesque backdrop of Galle.

Prepare your palates for an extraordinary journey as renowned chefs from around the world make their mark in Galle. Hailing from culinary capitals such as Japan, London, New York, Sydney, and Singapore, these maestros are set to enchant with their gastronomic creations.

   – 18th February: Masterclass at Galle Fort Hotel – 11:30 am

   – 24th February: Dinner at Kurulu Bay – 6:30 pm

   – 25th February: Masterclass at Galle Fort Hotel – 11:30 am

Paul Flynn

    – 1st March: Dinner at Why House – 6:30 pm

   – 3rd March: Masterclass at Galle Fort Hotel – 11:30 am

Hari Nayak

   – 9th March: Dinner at Malabar Hill

   – 10th March: Masterclass at Galle Fort Hotel – 11:30 am

Mandy Yin

   – 16th March: Dinner at Sun House

   – 17th March Masterclass at Galle Fort Hotel – 11:30 am

Peter Kuruwita

   – 23rd March: Dinner at Cape Weligama

   – 24th March: Masterclass at Galle Fort Hotel – 11:30 am

Grand Finale – Beach Party

   – 30th March: Cocktail and Canapes at W15 – 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Globetrotting chefs Jeremy Lee, Karam Gokani, Cynthia Shanmugalingam, James Lowe, and O Tama Carey have already graced the Gourmet Galle stage in the past month carrying out profound masterclasses and hosting delectable dinners in and around historic and artisan locality of Galle.
