Transcultural Mental Health Line 1800 648 911 (Monday – Friday 9am – 4:30pm)

The Transcultural Mental Health Line (TMHL) connects people from CALD communities with experienced clinicians who understand their culture and can communicate their language. TMHL offers:

*   advice on how to improve wellbeing and mental health
*   help you to access mental health services in the community
*   support for those caring for someone with a mental health concern.
