Sri Jayamini owner ,director of the music and media academy ,the veteran award winning media journalist at Lake House also had excelled as a vocalist having successfully triumphed over her Sangeeth Visharad degree. In order to impart her extensive knowledge in music and singing to children
Her music and media academy conducts “ Singithi Geetha”, from the Kindergarten class .Simultaneously Jayamini has commenced classes for “Sanniwedana Adhyanaya which is a subject in school for young children
She had commenced the program ‘ “Rasavindanathmaka”,a vocal program for adults also in learning to play musical instruments , which she had extended to the program to ‘Sannivedana’ Voice training, preparation examinations with classes held for ”Praveshika’ ‘Prathama’, Diploma in music then Visharada Part 1 and Part 2 examinations. .In addition she and her other members of the staff who are all well qualified to teach music conducts classes in preparation for all examinations up to Visharad part ‘2’.A new branch of Sri Jayamini’s music and media academy has already been established in Kandy too..
The new academic session of the Sri Jayamini’s Music and Media academy will commence on 15th August.
