A little bit of Sri Lanka part two, was the theme at the Springvale RSL, and the response was as expected,….a sellout.
The packed venue was abuzz as a mixed crowd got to savour some of the best Sri Lankan cuisine, a smorgasbord of rice and curries with a selection of street food for good measure.
Music by Shehara and George Rodrigo from Redemption made the night complete as they produced a fine selection of music that had the dance floor packed to capacity.
Judging by the two successful events, there’s no doubt that the RSL will be dreaming up their next Sri Lankan gig in the not so distant future
