8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, originally developed by Prof. Jon Kabat- Zinn, delivered privately in your parent’s home or at a preferred location.

UK-qualified MBSR instructor with over 15 years of professional experience in the UK, recently relocated to Sri Lanka.
Teaching is respectful, structured, non-clinical, and suitable for beginners
