Inconsistent Flights on SriLankan Airlines – What Went Wrong?

I traveled on SriLankan Airlines from Bangkok via Colombo to Dubai. This is a video reporting my latest SriLankan Airlines flight experience. At Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, many shops and lounges are currently closed, many airplanes are parked and the airport is very quiet. SriLankan Airlines Business Class passengers can use the Miracle Lounge before the flight. The flight to Colombo from Bangkok is operated by A321. Flight time was 3 hours. A full lunch was served. Check out the seat, cabin, food, and service on this short sector. I transited Colombo and used the Serendib Lounge of SriLankan Airlines. It has a good amount of food but the lounge is very dated. It needs an upgrade. The next flight to Dubai was on SriLankan Airlines A330-300 with individual Business Class seating. However, the food and service were let down and inconsistent with my previous flight. At the end of my flight, I gave my verdict on my latest SriLankan Airlines experience.
