Adding her thoughts, Ananya Sabharwal, Human Resources Director of Unilever Sri Lanka said, “It is easy to sometimes talk about the softer aspects of Equity & Inclusion, but we have been asking the question ‘How do we really hardwire Equity & Inclusion at our workplace?’.
