Sri Lankan music legends honoured at Victorian Parliament   Sri Lankan music legends, Rookantha Goonatillake and Chandralekha Perera were honoured at the Victorian Parliament in Australia for their outstanding contributions to the Sri Lankan music Industry and the Sri Lankan community of Australia.
