The Canada Sri Lanka Association (CSLA), established in 1968, is the oldest Sri Lankan association in Canada. From its inception, CSLA’s prime objective has been to unite all communities and organize social events that bring together Sri Lankans of all ethnic backgrounds, fostering unity, harmony, and shared celebration. With this mission in mind, CSLA decided to keep Valentine’s Dinner Dance ticket prices low while delivering a high-quality, memorable show featuring Dr. Kushmi. This strategy, adopted by the Board, was exceptionally well received by the community. The result was a sold-out event, with many last-minute ticket requests sadly having to be declined. Event panel discussion with DJ performer What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that most of the Board members, including the President, had been away for over a month. Despite this, a dedicated group of Board members, led by our Past President Raj Kumar, came together and delivered a show that exceeded expectations and offered outstanding value for money. Once again, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the Sri Lankan community, who have consistently stepped up to support CSLA whenever we host an event. Your trust, participation, and enthusiasm continue to inspire us. A few glamour-enhanced highlights from an unforgettable event ✨📸 Thank you all.🙏 TEAM CSLA.
