Sri Lanka’s emerging cricket team to play in Japan

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) will send its men’s emerging team to Japan for a five-game T20 series next week.
SLC said that this series was organised at the request of the Japan Cricket Association, as their national team prepares for the East Asia Pacific Regional Final in July, which is a part of the qualification pathway for the 2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
The five matches, between May 10 and May 15, will be played at the Sano International Cricket Ground.
