Diabetes Awareness Forum at the Glenwood Community Centre – 11th June 2023 – 9.30 AM To 1.00 PM
As most of us are aware, Western Sydney is a diabetes hotspot with disease rates higher than the New South Wales (NSW) average. Western Sydney faces some daunting issues as the social determinants of health that promote healthy eating, active living and social inclusion are not working favourably to prevent diabetes and its progression. https://www.
Lions are also taking initiatives to address this major issue in Western Sydney and one being our 2nd free Diabetes education forum at the Glenwood Community Centre on 11/6/23 from 9.30AM – 1PM.
