I hope you enjoy browsing through my dishes as much as I enjoy creating them. Most of them are FUSION dishes, combining the different spices and flavoures of all cultures & cuisines They are all my own creations which I enjoy cooking and presenting to all you food lovers around the WORLD.

It’s all about making meals as quick and easy as possible without sacrificing flavour or resorting to processed ingredients. Helping YOU become the HEALTHIEST cook you can be, without spending hours in the kitchen.

CORINA’s page is diverse. Yes, food is certainly a big component of what I am showcasing here .. But so is fashion, beauty, style and travel. Worry not though. When I get down to covering my latest culinary discovery, the images and video clips exude an infectious energy that will make you want to immediately have what I am having… Sri Lankan Burgher Cuisine ( Lamprais, Beef Smore , Love Cake ) Traditional Indian & Sri Lankan Curries, Italian, Spanish, Asian .. Name it. I bring out the best in what i cook while maintaining the authenticity that’s so crucial to being a food lover.

A food and travel enthusiast, I enjoy the best of both worlds. Melbourne is HOME to me but I am passionate about making sure my followers get to experience the cuisines of different cultures around the world. The good thing is that with Melbourne being as diverse as it is, there is a good chance that the meals I showcase are within easy reach at a restaurant somewhere close to you.

Corina has no formal qualifications or experience in the culinary field , a HOME COOK & the love and passion as a foodie that prompted her to do something different.

Corina was in Top 5 ( Beef Catergory) in the 2022 World Food Championships held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

Corina’s professional background is a Business Consultant – Self Employed for the last 10 years and now Semi Retired.
