Heavenly Delights: Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe – By Malsha – eLanka

Chocolate chip cookies are an all-time favorite treat, loved by folks of all ages. These particular cookies are renowned for their irresistibly soft and chewy texture. The delightful blend of nuts and chocolate in these cookies creates a symphony of sweet flavors that’s simply heavenly. Whip up a batch today and savor them with a glass of milk or your favorite coffee – it’s a match made in dessert heaven! In our household, we can’t get enough of these delectable chocolate chip cookies, especially when we use almond cashews to elevate the taste.

Ingredients:

  • 200g  unsalted butter, softened
  • 160g granulated sugar
  • 320g  all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6g  baking powder
  • 2g  salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150g  semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 20g chocolate chips
  • 100g nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.)

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a spacious bowl, combine the softened butter and granulated sugar. Mix vigorously until the mixture turns light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, into the mixture, and then incorporate the delightful vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Slowly introduce the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until they are just combined.
