The DOT Charitable Foundation Inc’s 4th Ladies Charity Night was held on Saturday the 2nd of July 2022 at Roselea Community Centre, Carlingford NSW. This charity event which was held after two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, was a huge success. The event was to showcase the foundation’s recent activities and make awareness of the underprivileged sick Sri Lankan children’s situation in aftermath of the COVID-19 and challenging socioeconomic conditions. Around 250 ladies attended the event to support and celebrate the 12 years of the foundation’s service.
It was a memorable event with traditional blessings, songs, ladies and teens fashion shows, a raffle draw, and dance items by Mathra and SLDAS followed by a scrumptious dinner catered by Flavour of Ceylon.
The event photography from RoyGrafix and the stage and hall lighting were provided by Event 360. A special acknowledgement was given to Parramatta City council for providing the venue facilities. The show climaxed with two hours of disco to the music from DJ Ross. Gayara Welgama MC the event.
