ODI World Champions brace for West Indies challenge

The reigning World Cup champions, gear up to face the West Indies in the upcoming three match Dettol ODI series. The series will kick off with a day-night fixture at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Friday, February 2, at 2:30 pm AEDT.

A historic Test win in Australia after 27 years, the West Indies are entering the ODI series with full of confidence. Their remarkable Test performance has set the stage for an exciting showdown in the white ball series against the host side, whose squad includes a mix of experienced players and some new faces.

The action will shift to the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) for the second ODI, creating an electric atmosphere in one of Australia’s cricketing hubs. The final clash is scheduled to take place at Manuka Oval in Canberra, promising a fitting conclusion to the series.

Cricket fans are urged to mark their calendars for this cricketing spectacle that unfolds across three venues, promising a cricketing feast for spectators worldwide.

All three matches will be broadcast live on Fox Cricket, Channel 7 and streamed on Kayo Sports.
