Parippu rasam (lentil soup).
Happy and grateful to be with our oldest son & daughter-in-love in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Made this for dinner tonight.
With ginger, whole black pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, hing (asofetida), turmeric powder, tamarind, rasam powder, tomatoes (thinly diced without the skin), toor dhal & fresh coriander leaves.
