Ingredients:

  • 100g bread flour
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 400ml condensed coconut milk
  • 100g watermelon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dates:
    • Remove the seeds from the dates and cut them into small pieces.
    • Place the dates in a bowl and add enough water to cover them. Let them soak for about 10 minutes.
  2. Caramelize the Sugar:
    • Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to a pan and heat until the sugar turns black.
  3. Incorporate Coconut Milk and Brown Sugar:
    • Gradually add the condensed coconut milk to the pan with the caramelized sugar.
    • Add the brown sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add Flavorings and Dates:
    • Once the sugar is dissolved, add the salt and vanilla extract.
    • Drain the dates and add them to the mixture. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Combine with Bread Flour:
    • Add the bread flour to the pan and mix well for about 5 minutes until the lumps disappear. Keep the heat at a medium level.
  6. Bake the Mixture:
    • Once the mixture forms a ball, remove it from the stove and place it on a baking tray.
    • Spread it thinly to the desired thickness and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Cool and Serve:

    • Let the baked mixture rest for about 10 minutes.
    • Cut into pieces and enjoy your Stone musket .
