Quick and Easy Bread Pizza – By Malsha – eLanka

Quick and Easy Bread Pizza - By Malsha - eLanka

Ingredients:

  • A few slices of thinly sliced bread
  • Sliced ripe small tomatoes
  • Sliced sausage
  • Finely sliced onions
  • Finely chopped fish chili, bell pepper, or green chili
  • Pizza sauce or tomato sauce
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • A few pieces of chili
  • Butter or margarine

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly fry the sausages in butter or margarine. Set aside.
  2. Thin the bread slices by hand or with a rolling pin.
  3. Spread pizza sauce or tomato sauce on each thinned bread slice, followed by a layer of grated mozzarella cheese.
  4. Arrange sliced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and sausage slices on top as desired. Add another layer of grated cheese and sprinkle with chopped chili.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the bread pizzas for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Alternatively, spread butter or margarine in a non-stick pan, place the bread pizzas in it, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy.
  7. If cooking in a pan, ensure not to cover it completely to prevent water vapor from forming and dripping onto the pizza.

Enjoy your quick and delicious homemade bread pizza!
