(eLanka Sports editor) Sri Lanka’s desperation to be competitive in the World Cup has seen the dramatic inclusion of Angelo Matthews to the squad replacing injured paceman Matheesha Pathirana as a substitute.  The veteran,  who has a wonderful record in all formats for a considerable period,  was rushed in as a travelling substitute for injured Skipper Dasun Shanaka and Pathirana and any other players in the foreseeable future. If it was a like for like replacement, Dushmantha Chameera should have got the nod ahead of Matthews similar to Chamika Karunaratne replacing all-rounder Shanaka.  But the Sri Lanka think tank have made a calculated decision and preferred Matthews due to his allround capability and his invaluable experience. The lead up to menopause is called perimenopause. There are many hormonal changes during this time, which may cause symptoms like hot flushes (suddenly feeling very hot), sweating at night, trouble sleeping and changes in mood. For World Menopause Day, the NSW Government has launched a new menopause awareness campaign. In that, the free online toolkit, includes a menopause symptoms checklist and podcast series about common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
