Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup of your preferred milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt (choose non-dairy for a vegan version)
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • ice cubes

Methods :

Begin by preparing the frozen elements. Peel the avocados, remove the pits, and slice them thinly. Lay the avocado slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place them in the freezer. Similarly, peel and slice the ripe bananas and freeze them on a separate baking sheet. These frozen ingredients will give your smoothie a delightful chill and creaminess.

Once your fruit is frozen, take them out of the freezer.

In your food processor, combine the frozen avocado slices, banana slices, milk, ice cubes, and yogurt. Blend these ingredients until you achieve a silky-smooth and creamy consistency.
