Dough Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 50g of butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of fresh milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Topping Ingredients:
- 300g of grated mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce
- 4 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
- Green, yellow, and red bell peppers
- 500g of prawns
Preparation:
1. Activate the Yeast:
- Heat milk until warm, not hot.
- Add yeast and sugar, mix well, and cover. Let it sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
2. Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add the egg and yeast mixture, knead until a soft ball forms.
3. Dough Rising:
- Brush a bowl lightly with olive oil.
- Place the dough in the oiled bowl, cover with a damp kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
4. Prepare the Toppings:
- Clean and season prawns with salt, then boil them.
- Chop bell peppers into small cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix pizza sauce and tomato ketchup, and set it aside.
5. Assemble the Pizza:
- Check if the dough has risen.
- Sprinkle some flour on a wooden tray and place the dough.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and transfer it to a pizza tray.
- Use a fork to poke a few holes in the dough.
- Spread the sauce mixture evenly with a brush.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the bell peppers and prawns on top of the cheese.
- Top with more mozzarella and a final drizzle of sauce.
6. Baking:
- Bake the pizza at 180°C for 20-30 minutes. The duration may vary depending on your oven.
