Ingredients:
- 2 cups Basmati or any preferred rice
- 50g Minchi leaves
- 4 green chili pods
- 5 white onions
- Thinly sliced B onion
- 5 dry chili pods
- A pinch of suduru
- Butter
- Roasted cashews
- 2 bay leaves
- Cardamom and cloves (a small quantity)
- Ginger paste
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Start by grinding Minchi leaves, green chillies, and garlic into a fine paste.
- Place a pot on the stove, add a dollop of butter, and fry cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, finely chopped onion, and a pinch of cumin.
- Introduce the prepared Minchi green paste to the pot. Once well-tempered, add the cooked rice and stir. Season with salt to taste and continue stirring.
- Finally, garnish with roasted cashew nuts.
