Once caramelized, add 2 tablespoons of hot water and the remaining sugar to make honey. Ensure to reduce the heat to prevent bitterness in the caramel. In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, baking powder, corn flour, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Add vanilla extract to the condensed coconut milk and mix thoroughly.
