Homemade Creamy peanut Butter Recipe – eLanka – Malsha Ingredients: 2 cups cashew nuts A pinch of salt 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) Instructions: In a pan, fry the cashews until lightly golden. Remove the peel by roasting them for 5 minutes and then take off the skins. Add a pinch of salt to the cashews and blend until it forms a powder-like consistency.
