Nutrient-Rich Chickpea Flour Roti  for a Healthy Breakfast – By Malsha – eLanka Ingredients  2 cups of chickpea flour 1 cup of whole wheat flour (or atta) 3 tablespoons of olive oil (or vegetable oil) 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of chili powder 2 tablespoons of skimmed milk or yogurt 1 tablespoon of finely chopped curry leaves 1 cup of water Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, whole wheat flour, spices, and salt. Gradually add olive oil (or vegetable oil) and yogurt while kneading the mixture. Slowly incorporate water into the mixture, little by little, until you achieve a non-sticky dough.
