ලොව ප්‍රථම කඩොලාන කෞතුකාගාරයේ නිර්මාතෘ-ආචාර්ය  අනුරාධ වික්‍රමසිහ පරිසර වේදියා දිවිසැරියෙන්  සමු ගනී-by Gamini Kariyawasam                      Image Source:Independent ආචාර්ය අනුරාධ වික්‍රමසිංහ , පරිසර  සංවර්ධන මෙහෙවරට මුලින් ම පිළි පන්නේ 70 දශකයේ ජාතික උරුමය ව්‍යාපෘතිය ට නායකත්වය දෙමිනි. 80 දශකයේදී ජාතිය ගොඩනගන්නන්ගේ සංවිධානයේ විධායක අධ්‍යක්ෂ වරයෙක් ලෙසින්, හෙතෙම ප්‍රජා වන වගා සංකල්පය  සමාජ  යථාර්තයක් බවට පත් කිරීමට සමත් විය.    වාරි  ජල කළමනාකරණය ගොවි ජනතාවට හදුන්වා දීමට ද ඔහු ගත්  වෙහෙස අපමණය.ඔහු පරිසරයට ඇලුම් කිරීමටත්, පරිසර ක්ෂේස්ත්‍රයේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් උදෙසා යොමු   වීමටත් ප්‍රධාන හේතුවක් වුයේ ,ඔහු හැදී වැඩුනේ  ගැමි  පරිසරයක වීම නිසා යයි උපකල්පනය කළ හැකිය. අනුරාධ ජන්ම ලාභය ලද්දේ ,1953 අගෝස්තු 8 වන දින රජරට හොරොව්පතාන පාරම්පරික ගොවි පවුලකය.තමන් ජනිත  ගැමි පරිසරයෙහි වන පෙත්,දිය ඇලි ,වැව් අමුණු සිහිලැල්ලේ හැදුනු වැඩුණු අනුරාධයන් ,ළමා වියේ පටන් පරිසරයට දැඩි ලෙස ඇලුම් කළේය. අනුරාධ වික්‍රමසිංහ , කැනඩාවේ ශාන්ත ෆ්‍රැන්සිස් ෂේවියර් සරසවියෙන් ලද පරිසර කළමනාකරණ උපාධිය සහ ජේරුසලම් සරසවියෙන් සමාජ සංවර්ධන කළමනාකරණය පිළිබදව ලද  ආචාර්ය උපාධිය,ඔහුට තම නිජබිමේ පරිසර සංවර්ධන ක්‍රියාකාරකම් මෙහෙයවීමට පුළුල්  ප්‍රවේශයක්, නව  ජවයක් ලබා දුන් සෙයක් දිසේ. සිය ක්ෂේත්‍ර පරීක්ෂණයන්හිදී , දේශයේ  තිරසාර පැවැත්ම කෙරෙහි කඩොලාන පරිසර පද්ධතියෙන් ඉටුවන ප්‍රශස්ත මෙහෙවර අවබෝධ කර ගැනීමට හේ  සමත් විය.  අනුරාධ වික්‍රමසිංහ මෙම අමිල කඩොලාන පරිසර පද්ධතිය  ආරක්ෂා කර ගැනීමෙහිලා වෙරළ තීරයේ ජනතාව පෙළ ගැස්වීම හා පෙලඹවීම ට පුරෝගාමී වැඩපිළිවෙලක් සැලසුම් කළේය.ඔහු මෙම කාර්යය සාධනය අපේක්ෂාවෙන්  ,වෙරළ ඉම සුළු ධීවරයින් සහ ධීවර  පවුල් ඒකරාශී කර ගැනීම උදෙසා ,1990    වසරේදී “සුළු ධීවර සම්මේලනය” ( සුධීස )  නමින් සංවිධානයක්   පිහිටුවා ගැනීමට පුරෝගාමීව කටයුතු කළේය.එහි ව්‍යාපෘති මධ්‍යස්ථානය    හලාවත ,කාක්කපල්ලිය, පම්බල කලපුව ආශ්‍රිතව  ස්ථාපිත කෙරිණි. බාබා වැන්ගා සහ 2026 වසර සඳහා ඇය ගේ අනාවැකි.-by Gamini Kariyawasam Image Source:Thedailyjagran බල්ගේරියාවේ ප්‍රසිද්ධ අන්ධ ගුප්ත පේන කියන්නියක  වන බාබා වැන්ගා, වසර ගණනාවකට පෙර මිය ගියද,වර්තමානය දක්වා  ගෝලීය උනන්දුවක් සහ මතභේදයට තුඩු දුන්,අනාවැකි ප්‍රකාශ කළ  චරිතයක් ලෙස,ජාත්‍යන්තරයේ වැඩි අවධානයකට යොමුවී සිටින්නීය. ලෝක යුද්ධ, ස්වාභාවික විපත් සහ තාක්ෂණික දියුණුව ඇතුළු ලෝකයේ වඩාත්ම වැදගත් සිදුවීම්,ඇය විසින් නිවැරදිව  පුරෝකථනය කර ඇත. ලෝකයේ  තාක්ෂණික දියුණුව, භූ දේශපාලනික ගැටුම් සහ දේශගුණික අර්බුද මතුවන අවස්ථාවන් හි , බාබා වැන්ගාගේ අනාවැකි පිළිබඳ මහජනතාවගේ දැඩි අවධානයක් යොමුවේ. විද්‍යාවෙන් සනාථ කර නොමැති වුවද, මෙම අනාවැකි තවමත් සමාජයේ පුළුල් ලෙස සාකච්ඡාවට බදුන්වන්නේ,ඇයගේ   සමහර ප්‍රකාශ සැබෑ සිදුවීම් සමඟ සමපාත වීම නිසාය. ඇය විසින් ප්‍රකාශිත අනාවැකියකට අනුව, 2026 තීරණාත්මක වසරක් වේ.ගෝලීය යුද්ධ, දේශගුණික ව්‍යසන සහ AI ආධිපත්‍යය වටා  ඇය අනතුරු ඇඟවීම් සමුදායක් ප්‍රකාශ කර ඇත. බාබා වැන්ගා  2026 වසර පිළිබදව  කර ඇති අනාවැකි කම්පන සහගතය! ඇමරිකා එක්සත් ජනපදය,ඊශ්‍රායල,-ඉරාන යුද්ධයක් මතුවන බව දක්වන ඇය ,එම යුද්ධය  මාස 7ක පමණ දීර්ඝ කාලයක් පුරා නොනවත්වා ඇවිලෙන බව  පවසා ඇත. Image Source:Talanoaotonga එම    අනාවැකියෙහි  ඇය සදහන්කරන්නේ "මාස හතක් පවතින මහා යුද්ධයක් , නපුර නිසා මිනිසුන් මිය යයි... රාත්‍රියේ සැඟවී සිටින මී මැස්සන් විශාල රංචුවක් නැඟී සිටිනු ඇත." "මී මැස්සන් රංචුව" යන යෙදුම භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් මෙම යුද්ධයේදී භාවිතා කරන ලද බහුකාර්ය යුධ ඩ්‍රෝන යානා අදහස් වන බව අනුමාන කෙරේ. 2026 වසරේදී "ලොව බලවත්  මිනිසෙකුට අකුණු සැර වදී" යනුවෙන්   ඇය විසින් කර ඇති සදහනෙන් ගම්‍ය වන්නේ ඇමෙරිකානු ජනාධිපති විය හැකිය. බාබා වැන්ගා  කවරෙක්ද ? 1911 දී එවකට ඔටෝමන් අධිරාජ්‍යයේ උතුරු මැසිඩෝනියාවේ ස්ට්‍රුමිකා හි වැන්ජෙලියා පාණ්ඩේවා ඩිමිට්‍රෝවා ලෙස උපත ලැබූ බාබා වන්ගා, අද්භූත, දෘෂ්ටික ඖෂධවේදිනියකි. වන්ගාට වයස අවුරුදු 12 දී ඇගේ පෙනීම නැති විය. ඇය බලවත් සුළි කුණාටුවකින් ගසාගෙන යාමේ ප්‍රතිඵලයක් ලෙස ඇය අන්ධ වූවාය. 1925 දී වන්ගා සර්බියානු, සෙමුන් නගරයේ අන්ධයන් සඳහා වූ පාසලකට ඇතුළත්ව බ්‍රේල් කියවීමට සහ පියානෝ වාදනය කිරීමට ඉගෙන ගත්තාය....
