Here’s what you need: Ingredients: 200 grams of bread flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt powder 2 tablespoons of olive oil or white coconut oil Slightly hot water Roti Preparation: In a bowl, mix bread flour, baking powder, salt powder, and oil. Form a non-sticky dough by gradually adding a little hot water. Knead the dough for about three minutes, then shape it into a circle and apply a bit of oil on top.
