“A RAY OF HOPE” Quite a beautiful “Title” to begin 2023 with, is this little story sent in by Chris. Lawton, which I feel should be seen by each and EVERY ONE of our Members and readers of e’Lanka. Dad told me to somehow get and eat at least ONE egg EVERY DAY. How I cooked them didn’t matter, even if I had to ...

The Impact of 3D Printing on Manufacturing and Product Development – By Bhanuka – eLanka 3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a technology that creates three-dimensional objects by building them up layer by layer. It has the potential to revolutionize the way we design, create, and produce a wide range of products. One of the most significant potential applications of 3D printing is in manufacturing. With 3D printing, it’s possible to quickly produce complex and customized products, cutting lead times and costs. This has already been applied on several fields such as aerospace, automotive and medical devices. Another area where 3D printing is making an impact is in prototyping and product development.
